Hi, I'm Astrid

Platform and Infrastructure Engineer automating systems and building tools to improve developer efficiency, creating solutions that give feature teams better visibility and confidence in their operations. With a preference towards Go, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Terraform, it's my goal to establish reliable deployment workflows through containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD.

My career began with frontend development when I quickly moved to full-stack and backend development, primarily in Rails and other related Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks and object-oriented (OO) languages. Over time I moved to DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and currently work in the space of Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering.
